You start out slow so theres no stress. I wasnt exhausted when I finished my first run. There was a real feeling of accomplishment. I would encourage others to give it a try
I absolutely love this app for accountability. It was challenging and easy to use.
Ive used the app to keep me on a consistent training regimen and Ive made injury free progress!

Pros: - Sets out a plan to run and gives you an amount of time to run - Does what it says it does Cons: - Doesnt include a timer for the run. I mostly wanted something that would tell me when to start/stop running but Ill do it myself - The run 3 minutes/walk 2 is not something that I can do (12-13 minutes is my average for 1 mile), so definitely changing that to adjust for myself (I tried- got to 1:48)
Experienced marathon runner. This app is spot-on compared to the running training provided to me by my personal trainer. I was getting burned out the $$$ of having a trainer. Needless to say, this app is gold!!
This is an awesome run trainer. It reminds you everyday of your daily routine and it can train you from a 5k to a marathon. I really love it!
Just started using this app. Hoping to complete the run Disney Doupey. So far its doing well for me keeping on target and heading for goal. Ill update as I get closer and/or finish my race.
The tips come in handy, although I dont see any couch potato running three minutes straight.
It doesnt plan for the correct day. I want my long run on a certain day and choose that day yet it doesnt reflect in the plan. I wish it worked better. I was really excited about an app that is free with this detailed of a plan available. Another dud.

I start the app when I start my run, and after ten or fifteen minutes Ill look at my phone and the app will have restarted. Useless.
It asks me to set my event date, I scroll from April to March, the app scrolls back to April. I try to change the date from April 27, the app goes back to the 27th. I dont know what kind of thing this app has for April 27 but its not the date of my race!
