Alright
Pros:
- Sets out a plan to run and gives you an amount of time to run
- Does what it says it does
Cons:
- Doesnt include a timer for the run. I mostly wanted something that would tell me when to start/stop running but Ill do it myself
- The run 3 minutes/walk 2 is not something that I can do (12-13 minutes is my average for 1 mile), so definitely changing that to adjust for myself (I tried- got to 1:48)
