Glad I Found This App

Im not disappointed at all. It has worked great and am getting results. The only thing is it stopped syncing with map my run +. Not sure why. Ive enjoyed watching my progress.

Works ok

The app updates at mile completion with audio. The music controls are minimal, but works well. The "couch to" whatever distance is confusing and not intuitive. The Maps are great. Easy to read.

I have done quite a bit of marathon and 10k training before, using different training plan. I think this app does a very decent job at creating training plans for various levels of running. It goes by time, which according to a lot of literature is better than mileage, and it makes it easier to follow wherever you are. It is simple to understand and use. And it works. You need to be familiar with training speeds, so if you dont, just read a bit before you use the app.

Great! But times are off?,

I like this app, I have used it to train for half marathon and marathon. My one Issue is it will tell you a total time of a run but the differ pace intervals will not add up to the total? Not sure if I am missing something but it is easy enough to correct by just adding time where I choose.

Helps you plan your calendar

For a free app, its awesome that it tells you exactly what you should be doing until your race. Other programs charge 9.99 for this but come with music and a trainer program. Use this and Nike Run Club and youre golden.

This is my personal trainer to get me prepared to do a half marathon. Just started and so far very good

Simple and well balanced

This app is very user friendly and does a great job of working with your time frame, skill level and desired outcomes. It intersperses cross training throughout your week and has a ton of useful hints/tips!

Used it for a year now

I have been using it for almost a year now and I record pretty much every run now because its amazing how many miles you can cover in a year just jogging! Im almost to 1000k. Its a good motivator for sure. To have the Suggested amount of time to run is nice And i end up just restarting the program when I finish and starting another one.

Broke since August.

Ive used this app for 2-years to help me train.. And has not been able to connect to mapmyrun+ for months now. Left a msg with support, dont know whats going on.

I always said the only way I would ever run is if someone was chasing me! Well, my BFF turned me on to this app and Im doing it!! Great way to start.

Its really useful

Im new to running. This was so helpful to me. I tried a different app and it was very glitchy. Kept stopping right in the middle of a run. Thats not very motivating. Love this app
