Love the look, the interface and the motivation. The training programs start you slow and injury free, and arent always about the run, but about fitness.
I used this to get myself back into shape after having a baby to get from couch to half marathon. And it helped tremendously. Easy to use, felt prepared and had an easier recovery time than ever before so the plan works.

The app asks which day of the week you would like the long run to be, then it chooses whatever day it wants to choose. Whats the point of asking?

I found this app to be exceptionally helpful, in training for my upcoming race. I used it alongside map my run, and fitness pal. This app helped me schedule my training. It assisted me in keeping on track. Great app. You can edit your run days to fit your schedule, apparently the person who rated 1 star didnt figure that part out!
I wanted a free app that allowed me to create a training schedule for a half marathon, that could be flexible to my schedule. This app did all of those things with ease. You get to select how many runs per week, what day your long run is, then it sets the week up. If the days dont work you just drag to rearrange. So easy! Excited to track my progress.
This app is only there to create a running plan and notify you. But it fails to do just that. It ask you what day you want your long run and how many days per week you want to run. Then it generate a totally random plan with the longest runs not always on the day you picked and some weeks you have more or less running days than you specified. Would not recommend. I like the map my run app and I thought this would be a addon but it is useless
Hard to rate til its used for awhile... I usually like any way to keep me on track! Ill keep you posted
Just got the app today. So far it seems good.
Im new to training and this app lays out an easy to follow plan. Lower risk of injury. Hoping this builds my 10k to a half marathon. Looking forward to the king my progress. Would recommend this app
App works well and does great at creating simple plans. Would be even better if you could modify to record your actual run stats (time, distance, pace, etc).
Wish you could add in additional work outs and activity

Just got the app 2 days ago but so far so good.
This app offers lots of different training plans depending on your level. Its nice that it can be exported to the iCalender. I wish you could select all the days that youd like to run.
Love the app! Had issues with entering my weight and height.. But other than that.. Its pretty good - will review again once I use it more
This app was perfect. Exactly what I needed to prepare for a half marathon. So many options for any runner, beginner to advanced!!
Love it! Have used it for a 5K and now well on my way for a 10K and i cant believe it actually worked for me!!
